Absolutely blown away by Blue Willow! The House Special Chow Mein and Fried Rice are packed with flavor and loaded with shrimp, beef, and chicken—every bite is satisfying. The General Tso’s Chicken is perfectly crispy and coated in that iconic sweet-spicy sauce, and the spring rolls are golden and fresh. This is easily my go-to spot for authentic, delicious Chinese food in Salem. 10/10 recommend!
Found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in Salem! Blue Willow’s menu hits all the classics I crave. The Beef with Broccoli is tender and smothered in a rich, savory sauce, and their House Fried Rice is the perfect balance of fluffy rice, fresh veggies, and tender proteins. Portions are generous, ingredients taste fresh, and the service is friendly and quick. Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes!
I’ve been coming to Blue Willow for months, and it never disappoints. The consistency here is amazing—every time I order, the food is hot, flavorful, and made with care. My personal must-orders are the stir-fried noodles and General Tso’s Chicken, but everything on the menu is fantastic.
